Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, hotels, and other establishments.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Launder and change bed linens in hotel rooms.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and floor buffers.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers.
Note:
Carpet cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
