Prepare purchase orders by determining inventory quantities Request quotes and preparing purchase orders Forecast demand Monitor supplier performance o Resolve any issues and concerns Partner with Logistics team for tracking purchase orders to ensure timely shipment and accurate receiving Inspect deliveries Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items o Resolving any shortcomings Locate key suppliers Procuring goods at the lowest possible costs Maintaining strong relationships with international vendors Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
Perform buying duties when necessary o Make local purchases as needed Respond to internal customers about:
o Purchase order status, changes, or cancellations o Part issues Build a network of reliable vendors Development of departmental strategies Partner with Sales regarding product changes and new product lines Web Store Manager Responsible for everything that goes on in the store's website Maintain database of the inventory Maintain product inventory o Replenish needs or change Post/display o Parts o Pricing o Accurate Diagrams Make sure that all links are working Updating the database o Part changes o Part options o Pricing Respond to emails as well as answer phone messages from Internal customers Keep in touch with a logistics, suppliers and manufacturers of the product Partner with Sales regarding product changes and new product lines Manage new part lists Consolidate duplicate parts for new and existing products Manage database on legacy units Job Type:
