Mesquite We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Shop Tech for a fabrication company in a manufacturing environment in Mesquite.
This role maintains a high production level while seeking new ways to improve current processes while enhancing product quality.
You will also serve as a leader with you team.
Looking for individual who is looking for growth opportunities.
Job Duties Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform various tasks.
Exhibit safety and quality-conscious behavior that improves the flow of the line.
Collaborate with other employees to develop innovative ideas that could improve current processes.
Skilled in interpreting blueprint drawings.
Experience working a variety of tools such as tape measurer, hammer, saw, screwdrivers and more.
Must have and wear steel-toe shoes.
Protective eye gear will be provided.
Requirements:

years experience as a shop tech or in similar field (manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or carpentry) Effective communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player Must be able to walk, bend, twist, squat, and climb on an occasional basis Must be able to push, pull, and lift between 30 and 60 pounds Must be able to stand for full shift Effectively manage time Able to fully understand and interpret fabrication drawings is preferred Job Type:
