Educational requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Scheduling patients Have a strong phone presence when scheduling appointments Provide friendly and empathic customer service when working with patients Updating patient information Answering multiple phone lines Multi-tasking Basic computer skills are required Excellent communication skills Faxing/scanning documents into patient's chart Assisting patients with other facilities Work Environment:
