MPM Medical is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team, warehouse operations, and purchasing activities.
This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
Handle purchasing activities, including vendor management, negotiation, and inventory procurement.
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize operational performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve departmental performance.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
